Firehouse Pizza

First time ordering from Firehouse Pizza my family and I we're very pleased with the food that we have received

Really good food 👍. Prices are reasonable, great atmosphere, and cool decorations if dinning in. However if you pick up an order and get home and it's wrong not much is done in the way of fixing it. Overall though great little pizza shop and me nephew thought it was really cool.

My husband and I ordered a pizza at 6:36 pm this evening and we called back at 7:33 pm and they said it was coming out of the oven and we received it one hour later. We tried calling 3 times to cancel and each time was immediately cut off. Absolute worst service with no follow up what so ever. We were told at time of ordering it would be 45 minutes to an hour to receive. They can't even set proper expectations. No discount offered at all. I have been in customer service for over 15 years and I am applaud at the way they treat their customers.

Pizza is good not the best but it's ok I got BLT pizza and they dont put a top on it like it should be made so I asked to pay extra for them to simply put another pizza crust on top and they refused and said "well you could just buy a cheese pizza and throw it on top yourself" and they put a quarter inch thick of mayo on the this BLT with no top to absorb it after I scraped half of it off it was good but i wasnt happy i hope it was just someone new working that night and this isn't how they do things but I'm going to go to champs for awhile now hopefully it's better next time

Older establishment, could use some TLC and maybe a good cleaning. Several large carry out orders as well as pick up orders so maybe dining room isn't a priority.Fairly standard.menu choices; we had the veggie with the thin crust. It was tasty and plenty of toppings. Took leftovers home. Seemed to be out of stock on most Pepsi products. Maybe go buy a case at the local gas station to get by...?All in all, it was what it was--prett good pizza, we'll probably go back.

Decent food and prices

Great tasting pizza at a moderately reasonable price. Nice eat-in atmosphere and cool decorations. They have good ice cream as well.

Fast friendly service. Pizza is the best.

Nice setting, very good wings, terrible pizza. Crust like cardboard. If you have kids they will love the restaurant and pizza. Adults order something else.

Would not answer phon at 9:45pm on Saturday night and it says they are open until 11. I’d be embarrassed as an owner if I couldn’t count on my closing team on a Saturday night to answer the phone and make sure to satisfy all customers. I was a manager for 2 years at Donatos Pizza in Columbus, Ohio. I get how busy it is. But we always conquered. What a disappointment firehouse pizza is.

I ordered a pizza tonight and it took 1 1/2 hours to get it then it wasn't hot and tough to chew. When i called all the gentleman could say is that the driver left a while ago and should be there. Didnt take anything off my bill or even a sorry it took so long

First time to stop while going home. All of.menu reasonably priced. Took home a Italian Sub, tasty will try a pizza next time

Worst service I ever had. They lied to me on the phone. Delivered stone cold pizza 2 hours after telling me 45 minutes. Will never call them again.

Small town pizza parlor with everything you expect to find outside of the mainstream big city lifestyle. One of few on the area that does serve beer, although it has limited choices. Food was hot and tasty and the server that assisted us was welcoming and energetic. We have ordered out and eaten here many of times and each one we have enjoyed.

Pizza is good. Very reasonable prices. They offer thin or thick crust pizzas. Its a nice change.

We always visit this place when we visit our family in the area . We love the food and the outdoor area is so lovely in the spring and summer! The live music is always outstanding! And they have gluten free!! The owners are really nice people who go out of their way to please! Don't miss this little gem!

One star because I ordered it once before and the pizza was good. However ordered it yesterday, pizza was still doughy. After ordering at 4 o clock she said on the phone it would only take 5 minutes? Obviously worker was in another dimension.? We figured she meant about 15 minutes went to pick it up, gave it about ten more minutes before we went to go get it, so gave it a total of 25 minutes untill we went in, they said it wasn't ready had to wait another 15 minutes. Note that there wasn't any other customers there. When we got it we had ordered three pizzas, they only gave us two. I know for a fact my mother in law ordered 3, she repeated the order several times back to the woman. "They didn't write a 3rd pizza down " wouldn't resolve the issue and we're extremely rude! Would not recommend them! I'd rather drive to lancaster to get a pizza. Highly dissatisfied.

Visit once a month or so.My favorite pizza.My wife's favorite Italian sub.Our friend's favorite sub, also.Food is fresh and hot, so don't be in a hurry.Great owner.

Great pepperoni pizza. We ordered it for the first time yesterday and the kids liked it a lot.

Thin crust pizza is AWSOME!!! Sweet sauce and fresh toppings. We will be back soon

Odd hours at 4-9 but the pizza is slammin. Wing flavors are also pretty good.

Food was good service was not

I went here after my wife and son took me. We were super hungry and Firehouse fixes that. I got the thin crust cheese and bacon pizza. We fight over who gets the crust, my 8 year old never eat crust on pizza but loves theirs. My wife likes the Italian sub and pizza. We found our new pizza spot for sure. Highly recommend eating in and pick up. Very friendly staff!

Took way to long to deliver to the beach and the pizza was cold.. not ordering from here again

They didn't pick the phone up when they were still open i tried for half an hour but they never answered and they never credited me for the 2nd 2 liter they forgot the last time we ordered
